Every piece from Yours Truly is crafted with intention, energy, and care. We pour ourselves into the details so you can feel connected to what you wear. If something isn’t aligning for you, we honor that — and we’ll guide you through the return process with clarity and respect.

— RETURN WINDOW —

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

— RETURN ELIGIBILITY —

To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags and packaging (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

— NON‑RETURNABLE / NON‑REFUNDABLE ITEMS —

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
• Limited edition items
• Final sale items
• Custom or personalized pieces
• Digital products (if applicable)

These items are non‑returnable due to their exclusive or customized nature.

— EXCHANGES —

We do not offer exchanges unless the issue was caused by us.
We will replace an item only if:
• The wrong item was sent
• The item arrived damaged or defective

For these situations, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

— RETURN SHIPPING —

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

— REFUNDS —

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification regarding approval or denial.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after we receive your return.

— HOW TO START A RETURN —

• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)
